Absolutely fantastic! Definitely makes me re-think some of the DNA assumptions I’ve made previously and gives me some new things to consider going forward. Thank you so much!

Her use of the gremlin and the “hero” and other clever analogies made what could have been a boring topic more interesting. Also, showing and owning the mistake she made in her earlier analysis was helpful and offered encouragement to keep trying.

Marvelous presentation! A lot to think about and very enjoyable to listen to. Even though it was my 5th webinar of the day, I was able to stay completely engaged.

I would have rated Karen a 10 if I could have! Perfect way to end the day, with a gremlin (that I will never forget) and a perfectly described journey of turning over every rock to find an answer… even if there is no answer.
